Device & sensor install

A GPS tracker and calibrated fuel sensor are fitted to each vehicle or generator, plus an RFID reader if driver identification is included. Installation is done at your site or ours.

Calibration

Each fuel tank is calibrated individually — shape and size vary by vehicle and genset model, so this step is what makes fill and drain readings accurate to the litre.

Dashboard & alerts go live

Your vehicles and generators appear on the Fleetzo dashboard with live location, fuel levels, and alerting active from day one. WhatsApp and SMS alerts are set up for your team.

Ongoing monitoring & reporting
